The service
FixItFlow provides FixItFlow to property management companies ("you") to receive, sort and coordinate repair requests.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the people and data you add, for having the right to contact your tenants, vendors and owners by text and email, and for your own privacy notices and consents. Every outgoing message is shown to your team before it is sent to a vendor or owner.
Emergencies
FixItFlow helps flag and route emergencies but is not an emergency service. Tenants in danger must call 911. You remain responsible for your on-call arrangements.
AI suggestions
Sorting, urgency and vendor suggestions are suggestions. Your team decides.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly per home you manage, with a 100-home minimum. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time and ask us to delete it when you leave.
Availability
We work to keep the service running at all times but can't promise it will never be interrupted.
